- Credit card via Stripe. The price shown on the pricing page is the amount charged.The price shown for the Business plan is a monthly starting point, billed annually. It varies with concurrent participants, identity assurance and options, and is quoted individually on request.AI image credits are ¥1,500 for 100 images (one-time payment).AI image credits are charged once at the time of purchase.AI image credits are valid for 365 days from purchase; any left after that lapse.The Business plan is not sold by card; it is an individual contract billed annually by invoice.Extra tickets are ¥1,200 each (paid plans only, up to 50 per purchase), paid by credit card via Stripe on every plan, charged once at the time of purchase and added to your account as soon as payment completes.
- Cancellation
- Cancel any time from the plan settings. You keep the plan until the end of the current billing period, then move to the free plan. We do not issue pro-rated refunds.Extra ticket purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded. They are valid for 365 days from purchase. Used tickets are not refunded, except that tickets are returned automatically if a stream could not start because of a fault on our side.
